Terms of service and privacy policy

By accessing or using the Zowie App mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Zowie App is a mobile platform that connects car owners with professional detailing service providers. The App facilitates booking, payment processing, and communication between users and detailers.

Detailers on the platform are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Zowie App. Zowie App is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by Detailers.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. Zowie App reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

For Detailers: Zowie App charges a 15% platform fee on all completed transactions. This fee covers payment processing, customer support, app maintenance, and technology infrastructure. For Car Owners: Payment is processed through the App at the time of booking confirmation. Cancellation policies apply as outlined in Section 7.

Cancellation and refund policies are set by individual Detailers and will be displayed at the time of booking. Zowie App is not responsible for disputes between Customers and Detailers regarding service quality or payment.

• Provide professional and quality services as advertised• Maintain appropriate insurance and licenses• Use eco-friendly products when advertised• Arrive on time for scheduled appointments• Maintain professional conduct at all times

Zowie App reserves the right to remove any Detailer from the platform at its sole discretion, including for poor reviews, policy violations, or complaints from Customers.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent reviews
• Attempt to circumvent Zowie's payment system
• Reverse engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or access the platform

All content, features, and functionality of the Zowie App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Zowie App and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent from Zowie App.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zowie App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damage to your vehicle, loss of data, or loss of revenue.

All content, features, and functionality of the Zowie App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Zowie App and protected by intellectual property laws.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Zowie App does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, including location data for service matching and payment information for transaction processing.

Zowie App reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any legal action must be brought in the appropriate courts of the jurisdiction where Zowie App is headquartered.
